PAYMENTS
At Fibreandstitch, we offer a carefully selected range of payment options to ensure a seamless and secure checkout experience. We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with payments processed through our trusted partners, Stripe and PayPal.
All transactions are handled securely by leading third-party payment providers and protected using advanced encryption technology. For your peace of mind, we do not store any card details, allowing you to shop with complete confidence.
If you would prefer to use an alternative payment method, please feel free to contact us at hello@fibreandstitch.com and our team will be happy to assist where possible. In the event that you return an item and a refund is due, this will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in line with standard security and banking practices.
DELIVERY
All items are ready to ship the next business day after you have placed your order. Your order will be thoughtfully wrapped, carefully packaged and shipped to you. Please ensure the address you supply is correct as our refund guarantee does not apply if incorrect or incomplete delivery information is submitted. You will receive an email from Fibreandstitch when your order has shipped. All items for delivery in the U.K are sent by Royal Mail and you have the choice at checkout to use our sitewide promotional flat rate offer with Tracked 48, or upgrade to Tracked 24 and 1st Class signed for delivery if you need your order faster.
If your order doesn’t arrive when expected
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time. Although delays are very rare, they can occasionally happen. If your item hasn’t arrived when you expected it to, please don’t worry — just let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.
We’ll ask you to allow up to two weeks from the dispatch date for delivery, as most delayed items arrive within this timeframe. During this time, we’ll also work closely with the delivery provider to track down your order.
If your order still can’t be located after this period, we’ll make things right by arranging a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Orders To The U.S.A.
All orders to the U.S.A. are sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery. This allows for both you the customer and Fibreandstitch to be updated as to the items progress during its shipment time. It also allows for compensation costs should any issues occur. Please allow 7-15 business days for deliveries to the U.S.A. Please note any item shipped to the U.S.A will be subject to custom charges/sales tax/tariffs and import taxes depending on the state. The customer is responsible for any custom charges/sales tax/tariffs and import taxes that may apply when the item is received. Please note that Fibreandstitch is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
