ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR Rate of £5.25 per order for plain bunting (due to packed size and weight) £6.00 per order for everything else. Estimated delivery next business day after dispatch. Your order will be tracked and a signature is required.
Please be aware that delivery to Europe and Northern Ireland is currently suspended due to new EU GSPR regulations.
Packaging
Fabric bunting without lace trim on every pennant or embellishments is carefully placed into a clear, resealable poly bag, wrapped in card then packed into an A4 mailing bag that will fit through most letterboxes.
Fabric hanging hearts, decorative Easter eggs and lace candles will be presented in a white gift box then packed securely into a second box.
Embroidery Hoop art, slow stitch kits, floral dreamcatchers and rag wreaths will be presented in a shallow gift box, protected with bubble wrap, then packed into a large mailing bag.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS IN U.S.A.
NO ADDITIONAL TARIFF CHARGES
All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Fibreandstitch prepays all applicable tariffs, duties, and import fees, so there are no extra charges to pay when your parcel is delivered.
All orders to the U.S.A. are sent by Royal Mail Tracked delivery. This allows for both you the customer and Fibreandstitch to be updated as to the items progress during its shipment time. It also allows for compensation costs should any issues occur.
The cost of shipping to the U.S. starts at £16.75 DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) included. This cost increases with order weight but rest assured that Fibreandstitch will combine postage in the most effective way for multiple items per order in order to keep costs down for our international customers.
Please allow 7-15 business days for deliveries to the U.S.A. Please note that Fibreandstitch is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
