RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please be assured that each item is made with lots of love, care and attention to detail and it is important to us that you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. Positive feedback is very important to us, so if you are not happy with your purchased item for any reason, no matter how small, please don't hesitate in contacting us at hello@fibreandstitch.com or use the contact form so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

You are entitled to cancel after placing your order but please ensure you cancel as soon as possible to avoid the item being posted out to you. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by using the contact us form or by e-mail hello@fibreandstitch.com

We're sure that you will love your order from Fibreandstitch but if you don’t, or if you have simply changed your mind for any reason, returns are welcome within 30 days of receiving your order. Items remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are returned to us. The customer pays the return postage to Fibreandstitch and this amount is non- refundable unless the item is faulty. Once we have received the item and so long as it remains unused, a refund will be given. The refund will be for the full price paid for the item and the initial outgoing postage cost. We will reimburse you no later than 1 business day from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition we will gladly replace the item if our stock levels allow. If the item is out of stock we will fully refund you. Refunds for damaged items in transit will be given once photographic evidence is received and we are contacted within 3 days of receipt. Products that have been used are non-refundable. On the rare occasion of the item being lost in the post, refunds or replacement items are given. N.B Please be aware that refunds cannot be given for personalized custom orders. This is due to the time taken to produce the item and we will be unable to resell any item that has personalized text.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

The goods are in the original packaging

The goods remain unused

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
